So I made beer recently. Use some brown ale malt extract and some Munton’s dark malt dme.
Cascade hops, and some assorted grains we found lying around.
Here are some pics. Beer is in the second stage of fermentation now in a different container than the first carboy. We’ll bottle next week, hopefully tuesday, and have beer ready in 2-4 weeks after that.
Quite excited… what next.
